The LCSD Board of Education has voted to place a levy the November 8th ballot. It is an additional continuing levy of 4.9 mills to fund current operating expenses. If passed, this will raise your property taxes by or $171.50 per year per $100,000 of appraised value, not the assessed value. This levy will only fund operating expenses; it will not address any facility improvements.
