There are three ways to vote:

1. Absentee Ballot

2. Early Voting

3. On Election Day, May 2, 2023

Absentee Ballot 

• Request Now!
  Complete, print and sign the below Absentee Ballot Application for Hamilton County, or complete, print and sign the generic Absentee Ballot Application by the State of Ohio here.  Select SPECIAL ELECTION MAY 2, 2023.
  You can return your application by mail or by dropping off your application in-person or in the 24-hour secured drop box at your county’s Board of Elections.

• Receive Your Ballot
  The Board of Elections will begin mailing ballots on April 4th, 2023. The USPS estimates that it will take 3-5 days for delivery.  Once you receive your ballot vote by following the included instructions that can be found by clicking here.
  If you have not received your ballot, click here to track the status.

• Mail or Return Your Ballot
  Use the provided return envelope to send your ballot back to the Board of Elections. Remember to use a 1st class regular stamp. You can also drop off your or a family member’s ballot at the Board of Elections either in-person or utilizing the 24-hour  secure drop box.
  Your completed ballot must be postmarked by Monday, May 1st, or it can be hand delivered to your Board of Elections location no later than 7:30 pm on Election Day - Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023.

Early Voting - Starts April 4th

Election Day - May 2nd
The polls are open on Election Day from 6:30AM to 7:30PM.
